Moms and Dads are the proud godparents to Parker & Daisy. For your information, Parker and Daisy are CATS.
Let's start off with a few things here. #1 - Archie and I thought we were the only cats in the world. Apparenty, there are others. Auntie Anne and Uncle Kent found the others. They adopted Parker and Daisy from PetFinder.com. Moms found them there and sent their headshots and resumes to Auntie Anne & Uncle Kent. They auditioned the cats (I heard they had to tap dance and everything!) and gave them the job of being chubby housecats. Lucky bums!
Parker and Daisy are twelve years old. Their parents died (wicked sad) so Auntie Anne and Uncle Kent are giving them a home and some luvin. They do not have claws. So if they get sassy and try to give their new parents the mo-fo paw, it won't hurt anyone. And, in case you're wondering, they weigh less than me.
They got there on Saturday. So far, Parker and Daisy are basement cats. They have the option of being full-house cats but, so far, they heart the basement.
This one time (like on Saturday or Sunday), Auntie Anne tried to pick up Daisy and Daisy wasn't ready and it didn't go too good so now Auntie Anne is just waiting for Daisy to come to her. Moms said that, when Auntie Anne comes home from school (Jail School of Trauma....I mean Yale School of Drama and Trauma), she'll find little indentations where Parker and Daisy slept. I think they should just fur up the place. That would be wicked fun.
I'm going to ask Moms and Dads today to adopt me a squirrel or a mouse from PetFinder.com. They have a category on there called "Small and Furry." I will gladly accept anything from the "Small and Furry" page.
JDamn - out!
